1 teaspoon = ¾ teaspoon
1 Tablespoon = 2-1/4 teaspoons
¼ cup = 3 tablespoons

2/3 cup = ½ cup
¾ cup = ½ cup + 1 tablespoon

Our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is produced by infusing natural 100% pure Eureka Lemon essential oil with the fresh, early harvest, UP certified extra virgin olive oil.

The resulting flavor is perfect for seafood (a must for sautéing shrimp or scallops) or to marinate chicken or fish.

Try this versatile oil in baked goods and sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes, and to make granola.

It’s fabulous in marinades, dressings on salads, vegetables and more.

Pairs amazingly with the Blueberry Balsamic, Raspberry Balsamic,

Apricot Balsamic, Fig Balsamic and Pomegranate Balsamic.




Chicken Salad

-1 ½ cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
-2 tbsp. Lemon Olive Oil
-¾ cup plain greek yogurt
-1 tbsp. mustard
-1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
-½ cup celery, thinly sliced
-1 cup walnuts, chopped
-½ cup red/green grapes, sliced
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
-Season to taste with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, fresh cracked pepper and a dash of garlic.
-In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, lemon olive oil, mustard and seasonings.
-Mix together
-In a large bowl combine the chopped chicken, grapes, celery, green onions and walnuts.
-Mix together
-Add the yogurt mixture to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
-Refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Serve on a croissant roll, over mixed greens or whole wheat crackers.


½ cup blueberries

½ banana

3 ounces milk

3 tbsp vanilla yogurt

1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp lemon or blood orange olive oil

Blend together until smooth and enjoy!
