Mojito
A timeless classic, this Cuban cocktail combines the crispness of muddled fresh mint leaves with the tangy sweetness of lime juice and the subtle kick of white rum (if you choose).

Ingredients:

 

Note: Make it Zero Proof: Skip the rum, or use a zero proof rum

Directions: 

  1. Add your mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup to the bottom of a Collins glass and muddle lightly.
    Note: You don’t want to smash the mint leaves, you just want to express them.
  2. Top with rum, ice, and soda water, then stir with a bar spoon to combine.
