Baked Goat Cheese Wontons

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. In a bowl combine the goat cheese, Olive Amelia Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, salt, pepper and chives.
  3. Mix Together.
  4. Using a cupcake pan, place a wonton in each cup.
  5. Spoon a dollop of the cheese mixture in the center of the wonton.
  6. Drizzle the wontons with olive oil and bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
  7. Serve with Olive Amelia Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, honey, honey mustard or a sweet and sour sauce.
